Hallmarking, Packaging & Delivery

Your ring will be hallmarked for authenticity (and as required by UK law) by the Edinburgh Assay Office.

Packaging

Your ring(s) will be presented in a hand-carved ring ring box made from sustainably foraged wood with locally and ethically sourced felted wool insert.

The element of surprise – all our engagement rings are sent in discreet, unbranded packaging.

As part of our sustainable commitments, we package our products using recycled cardboard and paper. Your ring will be delivered in a waterproof outer packaging which is made from recycled compostable plastic.

Delivery

As soon as your ring has been hallmarked it will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK orders and DHL for all international orders. We will email you to let you know your package is on its way which will include all tracking details.

Ring Size

Don’t know your ring size? Take advantage of our Remote Ring Sizing Service.

You can add our ring sizing service to your order along with your wedding rings and we’ll post out our ring sizing kit straight away before we start making your rings.

We offer a market-leading two-stage ring sizing service to ensure you get the best and most comfortable fit for your rings. If you use our ring sizing service and then find your ring(s) doesn’t fit, we will resize it free of charge.

Drawn to this ring design but would like it in a different metal, width or depth? Or perhaps you would prefer a different gemstone or a modification to the design? Because all our rings are handmade to order we can customise any element of the ring for you.

Yes, we can resize your wedding ring and if you bought your wedding ring(s) from us, we will resize them for you free of charge if you have been through our remote ring sizing service. Take a look at our Ring Resizing Service.

We don’t cast our rings, But for a pair of wedding rings we can do even better than casting them from the same mould. Every ring we make is individually handcrafted using traditional techniques, from making our own alloys, to drawing our own wire. If you buy a pair of rings in the same metal, we always make both your rings from the same melt, meaning they are chemically inseparable. If you buy a pair of rings but in different metals, we can usually incorporate a bead of each metal in the underside of each of the others’ rings, so your rings can still be connected at the atomic scale.
