Ring Resizing Service

Ring Resizing with Jacqueline & Edward is free if you have used our Remote Ring Sizing service.  Also, resizing engagement rings is free following purchase. Just email us at enquiries@jacquelineandedward.com and we’ll sort out the rest.

Our Ring Resizing Service is only available for customers who have had their rings created by us.

• If you have not used our Remote Ring Sizing service and you are looking to have your wedding ring resized, then our resizing service starts from £70 including postage (UK) for all wedding band resizes up or down to a maximum of two full sizes. 
• If your wedding ring size needs to be increased or decreased by more than two ring sizes, then more work and potentially materials may be required and the cost may be higher to reflect this. Contact us to discuss your options and we can provide you with a quote.
• Rings which may require additional work for resizing which can affect cost include, amongst other things; inlay rings and eternity rings. The cost of resizing these rings will be dependent on the extent of resizing required, whether they need to be sized up or down and the complexity of the ring’s design. If you fall into this category, get in touch with us and we’ll provide you with a bespoke quote.

Following purchase of this service you simply need to send your ring to us at Jacqueline & Edward (details will be sent with your order confirmation) and we will return the ring, fully resized and refinished (please let us know us you don’t want your ring refinishing – some people like to keep their worn-in look).
