Every wedding ring is sustainably made-to-order and includes a small piece of river gold from a location of special meaning to you, making each ring totally unique. Our handmade wedding rings are made using only ethical recycled materials. We believe the world we live in should be treated with respect and we give back to nature by planting a tree in the Caledonian forest with every order.
When creating a pair of wedding rings, we love nothing more than to create both rings from the same molten bead of gold, thus making the rings chemically inseparable. Our rings are not cast or mass produced which means each ring we make is unique to you.

Our bespoke design service allows you to shape every detail of your wedding ensuring your ring is unlike any other.
No, they don’t. While the tradition of matching bands stems from the idea of two people becoming one, wedding rings are symbols of your commitment whether they match or not. Since they are pieces of jewellery you’ll wear every day, they should be designs you truly love that also suit your individual styles.
When we create a pair of wedding rings – matching or not – if they are made from the same precious metal, we always cast them from the same molten bead. This means they are forever chemically inseparable. The traditional metaphor of ‘two becoming one’ is still beautifully achieved through the physical origin of the rings themselves.
Other ways to stay “connected” without being identical:
If you want your rings to feel like a set without being carbon copies, you could consider:
- The “Same Metal” Approach: Choose different designs but use the same metal (e.g. both 18c yellow gold).
- Hidden Details: Engrave a shared date, phrase, or symbol on the inside of both bands.
- Complementary Designs: Choose designs that complement each other instead of being identical. Both rings could be nature-inspired for example like our Twig and Bark rings. Or both bands could be hand-engraved, each with it’s own design like The Eden and The Greta.
All our pieces are handmade and made-to-order which is why we can’t offer a next day delivery service when you make your order. However, we offer three making time options which are:
- Standard 6 – 8 weeks (£0)
- Priority 4 week making time (+£50). Available on all rings and jewellery.
- Express 2 or 3 week turnaround depending on the style of ring we’re making (+£100):
- A 2 week turnaround is available on all wedding rings, excluding hand-engraved, inlay, curved, diamond and Mokume Gane rings.
- A 3 week turnaround is required for all engagement rings, including hand-engraved, inlay, curved, diamond and Mokume Game rings.

Ethics are woven into everything we create. Every gold and platinum ring is crafted from recycled precious metals, and our gemstones are either recycled or carefully selected lab-grown stones. Each piece is made to order in our workshop, ensuring nothing is wasted and every ring is created with purpose and with a home to go to helping to make all of our unusual engagement rings as responsible as they are unique.
