Packaging
Your ring(s) will be presented in a hand-carved ring box made from sustainably foraged wood with locally and ethically sourced felted wool insert.
The element of surprise – all our engagement rings are sent in discreet, unbranded packaging. As part of our sustainable commitments, we package our products using recycled cardboard and paper. Your ring will be delivered in a waterproof outer packaging which is made from recycled compostable plastic.

As soon as your ring has been hallmarked it will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK orders and DHL for all international orders. We will email you to let you know your package is on its way which will include all tracking details.

Yes. We have just started to introduce 9ct gold into our collection of wedding rings. While you can’t currently order a 9ct ring directly on the website, you can contact us via email or phone (01937 538 384) and we’ll be able to give you a quote for a 9ct wedding ring in either yellow, rose or white gold from our online collection.
You are entitled to a 14 day money back guarantee on all products bought from our online collection if you return the ring in an unworn condition. If your ring is almost what you wanted but you feel it is not exactly right, we offer a free adjustment service if it just needs a little ‘tweak’. Yes, we can resize your wedding ring and if you bought your wedding ring(s) from us, we will resize them for you free of charge if you have been through our remote ring sizing service. Take a look at our Ring Resizing Service.
We don’t cast our rings, But for a pair of wedding rings we can do even better than casting them from the same mould. Every ring we make is individually handcrafted using traditional techniques, from making our own alloys, to drawing our own wire. If you buy a pair of rings in the same metal, we always make both your rings from the same melt, meaning they are chemically inseparable. If you buy a pair of rings but in different metals, we can usually incorporate a bead of each metal in the underside of each of the others’ rings, so your rings can still be connected at the atomic scale.
