We offer a 50% discount on our Remote Ring Sizing Service when purchased with an engagement ring. We will automatically apply the discount once you have proceeded to checkout and both an engagement ring and the ring sizing service have been added to your basket.
We find it almost inevitable that you will need to resize the engagement ring if you are trying to keep the proposal a secret.
A couple of ideas which might get you close to the right size:
1) If they wear a ring on the opposite hand but the same finger, it is worth knowing the fingers on your your dominant hand are typically 1/2 to 1 size bigger than your non-dominant hand;
2) If you think you can use your ninja skills, we can send you out some ring sizing loops to slip over their while they sleep;
3) Gently wrap a piece of paper around their finger and draw a line where the two overlap (least accurate way); and
4) If you have no idea, a general description of their hands (small, medium, large, prominent knuckles, etc.) would give us a steer.
Worst-case scenario, it is always better to go larger than needed so you can slip the ring over her finger in that special moment. The ring can always be resized later.

Your ring will be hallmarked for authenticity (and as required by UK law) by the Edinburgh Assay Office.

Your ring will be presented in a hand-carved ring box made from sustainably foraged wood with locally and ethically sourced felted wool insert.
The element of surprise – all our engagement rings are sent in discreet, unbranded packaging.
As part of our sustainable commitments, we package our products using recycled cardboard and paper. Your ring will be delivered in a waterproof outer packaging which is made from recycled compostable plastic.

We offer free tracked delivery on all UK orders.
As soon as your ring has been hallmarked it will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK orders and DHL for all international orders. We will email you to let you know your package is on its way which will include all tracking details.

Ethics is a complex issue, encompassing environmental, socio-economic and humanitarian factors, and there is no one right answer. We have chosen to only use recycled precious metals because these metals are already in circulation in the world and do not therefore contribute further to the potentially adverse effects that mining can have on ecosystems and communities.
Some of our metals go beyond simple recycled metal and have a super cool backstory embedded in the world of planetary remediation. For example, our copper comes from the electrical wiring of a remediation system I installed nearly 20 years ago to clean up a kerosene spill residing atop a groundwater resource used for public drinking water.
Needless to say, ethical sourcing is central to everything we create. All our gold and platinum rings are crafted from recycled precious metals, and every gemstone we use is either recycled or a carefully selected lab-grown.
