Some ring styles are very difficult or even impossible to resize. Time may also be a problem should a ring need re-sizing before the big day. So it’s important to get the right size the first time around.

How do you choose the correct ring size? The right ring size for you will depend on the width and profile (e.g. Court, D, Comfort or Flat) of the ring.

We offer a market-leading two-stage ring sizing service to ensure you get the best and most comfortable fit for your rings. If you use our ring sizing service and then find your ring(s) doesn’t fit, we will resize it free of charge*.

As part of the two-stage ring sizing service, we have created a range of aluminium prototype rings and once we know your approximate size using our standard ring sizing set, we’ll send you a set of our prototype rings in half-size increments in exactly the same width and profile as the ring you wish to buy – so you can get the perfect fit, all from the comfort of your home.

• We offer a 50% discount on our Remote Ring Sizing Service when purchased with a wedding or engagement ring. We will automatically apply the discount at checkout. If you purchase our Ring Sizing Service and go on to buy your rings from Jacqueline & Edward we’ll give you £20 back towards your purchase upon return of the prototypes (we’ll email you a discount code).
• You can add our ring sizing service to your order along with your wedding or engagement ring(s) and we’ll post out our ring sizing kit straight away before we start making your rings. Please note, our making times start as soon as we receive your stage 2 ring sizers and your confirmed ring size.
• Only one sizing service per couple is needed.
• *Our free resizing service is valid for 14 days from the date you received you ring(s) and only one free resize is included per ring. To be eligible for a free ring resize after using our ring sizing service, you must have followed the instructions within your kit e.g. it is really important to wear your chosen second stage sizer for 48 hours prior to finalising your size.
• All postage costs are included and you will be provided with a pre-paid returns label and envelope for both stages.
