What drew us in was their ability to design and make ring that would sit perfectly with my antique engagement ring as we had struggled to find any that paired with it. It was a brilliant experience going to their workshop and trying on rings it was amazing to see where and who would be crafting them! For my partner who has never worn jewellery before it was great as the focus was on comfort, finding the right size and style, it was a really personal and all our questions where answered, we were made to feel so welcome. Best part was a mould was taken of my ring during our consultation for ease if we chose to go with them! So efficient! Our rings have now arrived and they are stunning, everything we hoped for and more! They fit perfectly on both of us and mine sits perfectly with my engagement ring, we both want to wear them now but have to wait until the big day!

We came to J&E following a recommendation from friends who did the gold sourcing weekend and had a wonderful time resulting in beautiful rings. We decided quite late in the day to have wedding rings and so opted for the express service, we got them within the timeframe which was great. Unfortunately, I felt that my rings were a little tight (I had had the size measured by a local high street store) and got in touch to see what could be done. Mark was so helpful and promised if I sent them back he could amend right away. I had the rings altered and back with me within 2 days. Wonderful! They are beautiful, timeless and extra sentimental as both of our rings are made with some Swedish and Yorkshire gold, perfectly celebrating our background and union.

I received my wedding ring last week from Jacqueline & Edward and it is absolutely beautiful. The process was seamless and they were very communicative throughout answering any questions I had almost immediately. I love that they are planting a tree for us with our own dedication as well. That's a really nice touch. I would absolutely recommend them.

I was so pleased with the engagement I got for my fiance that we came back for our wedding bands and love those too! My fiance is from Sweden and it was so special that we were able to get Swedish gold in his rings. Our rings came in a beautiful box and we were so impressed that they arrived so quickly considering they had to travel from the UK to the US.
