Jacqueline &Edward were a pleasure to work with.Every stage of the process was very easy.The hardest thing was to pick a ring as the choice was extensive.My wife decided to get the ethically sourced 14ct gold hammered effect with English panned gold content.When it arrived we were surprised at the quality and depth of the ring,it was about 2-2.5 mm!! No easy to judge from pictures. I will be looking at more items and highly recommend them. My wife has not stopped smiling or looking at it since it’s been on her finger. Had the absolute best purchasing experience from Jacqueline & Edward when ordering my wedding ring; fast, professional, friendly, and accommodating. The whole team were so swift with responding to my emails, and answering any questions I had, at all times of the day no matter the day. The turn around process for their sizing guides was unmatched, with the whole process complete well within a week (accounting for postage and deliberation time on my end). And the actual ring dispatched in about a month from when the order was placed over the christmas period as well!! For someone who doesn't wear rings it made the whole thing super stress-free. Purchase: engagement ring & wedding ring + gold panning experience Everything was perfect, the team is just amazing, they all are so nice, it was lovely to plan such an important purchase. We came from France and every step was passed with ease thanks to an open conversation with the team. We even need to correct the size of the engagement ring, and the ring still perfect event after such an important modification. J&E did a fabulous job on the engagement ring for my fiancée. They even went out of their way to rush the production of the ring and send it to me faster than usual so that I could propose on my holiday that was fast approaching. They were very accommodating with resizing and the ring came in a lovely handmade wooden box. Would recommend to anyone to go with this great small business.

Stunning and sustainable. I've just received my handmade 'Kip' 18ct white gold wedding ring well ahead of schedule, and it's beautiful. It feels wonderful, the weight and proportions are perfect and the twist is a lovely detail. I'm only sad I have to wait a few more weeks until I can wear it! Communication and service has been exceptional from the moment I placed my order. I'd recommend J&E without hesitation.

I brought an custom made engagement ring from Jacqueline and Edward and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. From the very beginning of talking to Mark about what sort of ring I was wanting for my partner the communication throughout was fantastic. I had an idea in my head of what I was wanting and they turned that into a reality and beyond. I absolutely loved the ring when I first received it and lucky for me my partner also did when I proposed to her. Unfortunately I did get the size very slightly wrong but again Jacqueline and Edward were fantastic. They sent out ring sizers within days for my partner to try for fit and paid for the delivery of the ring back to them. There was also no charge for the resize and within not even two weeks we had the ring sent back to us. We will definitely be returning to them for our wedding rings.
