We couldn't be happier with our rings! From the first phonecall with Mark, right through to receiving them in the post, the experience of having our wedding rings made bespoke has been a joy. We recently purchased two wedding rings from this company and couldn't be happier. The communication throughout the entire process with the team was excellent - they would routinely update us with the status of our order, and were always on hand to answer any questions we had. The ring fitting process was great - it was not only accurate but also very nice to carry out at our own pace rather than e.g. surrounded by people in a shop. The rings themselves are beautiful, as was the packaging they arrived in, and everything was delivered without issue. If you're in the market for eco-friendly rings, I can't recommend this company enough!

We found Jacqueline and Edward while looking for eco-friendly wedding rings. We had looked about at some high street jewellers so we had an understanding of the prices of what we had in mind.

We used the ring sizing service but I wasn’t too sure I was doing it correctly. A quick call to Jacqueline and Edward and I was actually speaking to Mark, the gentleman that would be making our rings. He reassured me I was doing things correctly so we went through the process of sizing our perfect wedding rings.

One sizing was completed we had confirmations from Mark (one of the owners) and quickly confirmed our order.

Our rings arrived soon afterwards and not only are they stunning they are beautifully presented in a handmade wooden box.

We are both absolutely delighted with the service and communication that we have received. It’s also a little bit special to have our rings made for us as opposed to mass produced.

It may be a little crass, but also worth mentioning, that the price we paid was comparable to that quoted by a high street jeweller. The service however could never be matched on the high street.

We love Jacqueline and Edward, their company ethos and their personal touch.

I had been searching for the right wedding ring for a while, with some ideas in mind, but everything I'd found was too generic or not quite my style. I came across J&E and instantly loved the ethos of their company, and the timeless and elegant style of their jewellery. From first contacting Mark I knew I was in good hands - he was enthusiastic about taking my ideas on board in making some slight modifications to an existing design, and answered my numerous questions with a lot of patience. A huge bonus is their ring sizing method - after having to have my engagement ring resized twice, I really appreciated the time and care put into making sure I got the right size first time. I received my ring a few days ago, and it's been very hard not being able to wear it straight away!! It is exactly what I wanted - beautiful quality, fits perfectly - absolutely 10/10. It is so special, in addition to having a lovely ring, to know that it contains Scottish gold, and that a tree has been planted thanks to this order! To anyone who might find this jeweller online and is wondering whether to order... don't hesitate. We had never purchased from them before and were a bit nervous about making such a large and important purchase to an unknown company. But they are fantastic. We had an email straight away. The ring came on time. It was beautifully packaged. We had great communication the entire time. The whole process was a joy and so easy.. and the ring is absolutely perfect.
