Our rings arrived yesterday, and we just wanted to say thank you so so much for getting them to us for then and working around our timings, we really appreciate it. The rings themselves are just stunning - thank you so much for resizing and cleaning my engagement ring it looks beautiful and I am so happy to have it back. And we love what you have done with the wedding bands, mine is so unique and beautiful I love it and Alex’s is amazing too. It has been such a fantastic experience having you make our wedding rings and I know Alex felt the same when he was sorting the engagement ring. We purchased our wedding rings from Jacqueline & Edward, we wanted something unique, that was good quality and reasonably priced. The rings Jacqueline & Edward produce ticked all the boxes and more as they are also eco friendly, and will plant a tree for each ring sold which is a lovely touch. The communication & customer service was excellent. The quality of the rings blew us away (we ordered online and didn't actually visit in person). My wedding ring fits around my engagement ring perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better service or better quality rings. Would highly recommend. Thanks again X

I almost never leave reviews, but I absolutely have to make an exception for Mark and Jacqueline. I came to them with an idea, having struggled to find anyone in the country who would even entertain it, and not only did they reply quickly and helpfully but it turns out Mark was able to make the engagement ring of my dreams!! I'm not exaggerating when I say it's some of the most beautiful work I've ever seen - I'm still in awe of how he managed it. For a family company with such wonderful ethics they're a real breath of fresh air in a market which is saturated by big-name small-heart conglomerates. Almost two years after we got married, we decided to get our wedding bands. Mark and Jacqueline were incredibly friendly, patient and thorough during the process. The whole experience was truly an incredible journey, from learning about the ring-making and the science behind it to receiving the rings in such a beautiful box. Amazing! We went to the workshop and worked with Mark to choose and design every aspect of our rings. He made suggestions but every option was on the table. We are so pleased with our rings, can’t recommend them enough!

Communication was great throughout the order and the rings arrived in plenty of time before the big day. They fit perfectly (thanks to the sizing service offered). I absolutely love my wedding ring! :) It is so beautiful, fits really well and came in a wonderful wooden gift box.
