I really didn't want a standard wedding band so when I found Jacqueline & Edward on Google I was super excited, then even more so when I realised they were eco-friendly and handmade. I was slightly worried purchasing online without trying on so I got in touch with them and was able to visit their workshop. Mark was super helpful and friendly, spending time telling me about the process and I was able to try some on. He made my band in line with the measurements of my engagement ring and I absolutely love it! It fits perfectly and is that little bit different - I also chose to have natural gold included from a certain geographical area, making it even more special! Also, it came in a beautiful handmade box! So.. A big thank you for creating not only my perfect wedding band, which I thought was real value for money, but such a wonderful sustainable business! We're definitely keen to have a gold panning experience sometime!

I found Jaqueline and Edward through an internet search as I wanted my ring to use recycled materials and be locally made. I also wanted to find a ring which would fit against my engagement ring. I'd tried some samples from other companies and none fit flush with my ring. Mark was really helpful, and knowledgeable and let me visit the workshop. He suggested different options (but with no pressure which was refreshing change) for the rings I was thinking of. As a result came out with one more amazing than I'd hoped for. I used the contoured service and my engagement ring and wedding ring now fit perfectly. I'd absolutely love my ring and am so pleased I found this company. I would definitely recommend them.

An exceptional experience all round. From Mark’s initial speedy response to my web enquiry, to his help through the design process the customer service has been second to none. As for the ring - it is exquisite, absolutely stunning. With my input to the materials it feels like a truly unique piece. The ring was a surprise for my partner and she was absolutely delighted. I'm going to echo some of the other reviews in that I was nervous about making such a large purchase to an online business, but those feelings were completely allayed when I was able to contact Mark about the granite inlay white gold ring. Mark was very responsive and put up with multiple annoying emails from myself about the design and sizing of the ring. This all culminated in the most special wedding ring for myself, that I could not be happier with. Especially as I can wear it knowing that it was ethically and responsibly made and panned for with local materials. Mark has even helped me with after service care information, and absolutely ensured that if I ever need rings made in the future, that I will be getting back in touch! We found Jacqueline and Edward whilst looking for wedding rings online and loved the look of all their rings and the ethos of what they do. We instantly knew they were who we wanted to purchase from. Absolutely over the moon with the beautiful wedding ring that Mark made for me. When I first saw my ring on his site I loved it, but felt like a wedding ring should be tried on in person in a shop rather than online. But nothing I found in shops compared to the photos I'd seen online of Mark's rings. From start to finish Mark made the whole process of buying a ring online an absolute dream with his excellent communication. The remote sizing process was ideal and when my ring arrived I was so thrilled with it. It was even more beautiful than I anticipated. From the Japanese river gold that was added to my ring to the fact it was made in Yorkshire and the tree planting initiative too there is so much sentiment within my beautiful ring.
