We added some bespoke design changes and the team are incredible; from the amazing craftsmanship, company values and unique designs to very prompt and friendly communication. We felt safe purchasing from J&E every step of the way and could not think of a better company to make our beautiful rings. The ring sizing service was excellent to ensure the right fit and I added the bespoke contour too, which was super simple to do and shows off my ring against my engagement ring. Also, the handmade rings boxes are a gorgeous touch! Honestly could not recommend enough! Thank you!

We love Jacqueline and Edward. So glad we bought our rings from them. My fiance got me a beautiful ethical engagement ring from them. Then when it came to our wedding we decided to use them again and ordered matching twig and bark wedding rings. Mine was designed to fit well with my engagement ring and my fiances changed the design slightly to get what suited better. They were so accommodating with this and we were so happy with the rings when they arrived. All communication throughout was excellent, friendly and quick to respond and always keen to help. I was keen to find ethical and nature inspired options for my engagement ring and Jacqueline and Edward ticked all the boxes. I was immediately struck by the intricate design on The Mossy. My now husband was in regular contact with the team to sort sizing, diamond choice and design tweaks. The were happy to work with our specific requests which was much appreciated. I decided after much research to go ahead and purchase the bespoke curved wedding band. I have a pretty large engagement ring and after reading reviews and looking elsewhere, Jacqueline & Edward was the company I felt the most confident entrusting such an important design and build to. I also absolutely loved that they bring good ethics to the materials that they use, as well as some extra heart and soul in sourcing the metal from locations of importance and planting trees with a purchase in honour of anyone you choose. I had a minor blip with the kit they sent me but Kay was so quick to remedy this and send me out a replacement which worked perfectly the second time! Once it arrived back to them they emailed me an update that they had it and would be working on it soon. I was expecting to wait a few weeks at least but received another email 2 weeks later saying it was all done and had been sent out - super quick and cannot fault their communication. They included tracking with the ring which gave so much peace of mind. It arrived super quick, the packaging is super cute and really unique, the wooden box is such an amazing rustic touch. The ring itself is absolutely stunning. The engraving I asked for was seamless and the shape fits perfectly under my big chunky engagement ring! I would highly recommend using these guys if you need a bespoke service, you'll be in the good hands of actual real people who clearly care a lot about everything they make. No commercial big company, mass production feel at all!

Jacqueline and Edward are such a fantastic family run company. Everything ethically sourced, they customised the rings to fit beautifully around our engagement rings and they look incredible. Not only that they plant a tree with each purchase. Lovely people who made our special day even more perfect. I can’t recommend them enough.

I had the absolute best experience with Jacqueline and Edward. They were able to beautifully and elegantly recreate my engagement ring with a slightly altered setting to improve the durability of my ring. It is now even better than I ever could have imagined and is flawless. They even managed to turn it around quickly for me. We will be back for our wedding rings for sure!

Having our own wedding rings made by hand was something we thought would be special, after going onto the website and discovering we could also pan for gold to be included in our rings was so totally different special and an amazing experience to be had. We chose Scotland as we are getting married on a tiny Island in Scotland. Very excited, we booked to pan for gold in April 2024, there was snow on the mountains, rain gently falling in this beautiful location nr the green welly shop. we were shown how to do this and to our amazement we found some GOLD yes real gold in this very amazing location on a river. We had an amazing day with the guys from Jacqueline and Edward, then when our rings were made they sent a video using the gold we panned for melting into the gold used to make our rings. The communication was perfect from beginning to end even though we did have a little blip in the middle of the process, I cannot recommend Jacqueline and Edward as a company enough, they aim to please and make sure you are happy all the way through. not to mention the knowledge they all have and more that happy to share this with you. Our rings were sent our recorded delivery and we now have our beautiful hand crafted rings ready for our big day on July 8th 2024 on the wee island in Scotland. Thank you to all you guys @ Jacqueline & Edward that have helped us to make our day unique and special. An experience that you would not find anywhere else in the UK.
