Beautiful rings and excellent service and communication. We ordered our rings with the sizing service and had my wife's ring moulded to fit her engagement ring. They even managed to hurry up the process for us so they arrived in time.

100% recommend. We came to the team pretty late in the day to order our rings before the wedding. The team was incredibly helpful and nothing was a problem to make the rings for us and ensure we had them in time. The rings are stunning and it's really nice to have the personal touches that make them special to us.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I’m so glad I happened across Jacqueline and Edward while searching for someone to make our wedding rings. We loved their ethos, focus on sustainable sourcing of their metals and Mark’s clear enthusiasm for nature and the natural environment. We accompanied one of the team, Phil, on a day’s gold panning trip near Tyndrum to see if we could find gold to incorporate into our rings and couldn’t quite believe it when we did! Phil was so knowledgeable and a great guide for the day. Such a great experience and a memory that we will always cherish. We then had a number of chats with Mark to discuss the design of our rings and he was so helpful and knew exactly what we were looking for. He was so communicative and always on hand to answer questions and give advice. I was absolutely over the moon when the rings arrived - they were even better than I had hoped and just beautiful. It’s also just so special to think that the gold from our lovely day out panning together is in there. The beautiful wooden box they came in was also a lovely touch. I would absolutely recommend Jacqueline and Edward and we can’t thank them enough for creating our rings for us and giving us those wonderful memories. We asked our guests to donate to Trees for Life as a wedding gift (which is a brilliant charity J&E work in partnership with) to help support them and the wonderful work they do in some small way.

True brilliance resides here. Not only does the company fully embody the perfect business model, it's run by such humble people. Handmade and ethical jewellery is all I was looking for when considering an engagement ring for my partner, and Jacqueline & Edward provided much more than that. The gold is hand-panned from my county and some of the intricate etchings are cast from real leaves. The diamond is ethically sourced, the ring shines beautifully and my fiancé absolutely loves it.

We got our wedding rings designed and made by Jacqueline and Edward and the whole experience was fantastic. We were keen to have some sustainable rings and they really delivered. Mark took us in to show us the workshop and discussed sizing and options with us. In the end he helped us design our own pattern for our rings and we are incredibly happy with the results. We were a bit nervous about spending so much money on wedding rings that we had only viewed online but we shouldn’t have worried. We bought the matching Barrs rings and they are just as beautiful as they seem in the photos on the website. We love the texture and colour of the white gold rings-they really are very special. The rings also fit perfectly thanks to the ring sizing service. It was so good being able to wear the ring sizers over a couple of days-we never knew our fingers changed in size so much throughout the day and night!!

I absolutely love the Hayakawa ring that Jacqueline & Edward have made for me here. It's stunning. I was looking for a wedding ring with a twist, to save myself wearing plain gold bands like every other bloke I know and this fits the bill beautifully. They've been really nice to deal with throughout as well, really great team and company - recommend!

Mark and the team create a ring that I love, I gave them the general idea of what I was after and it exceeded my expectations. It was a simple process, all the way from the remote fitting service to the design. I now have an ethically sourced ring that I will cherish forever (hopefully!)
