A delicate bubble heart pendant handmade using ethically sourced recycled metals. It can be made in 18ct yellow gold, 18ct rose gold, 18ct white gold or platinum and comes with an (optional) 16″ or 18″ 1mm spiga chain.

Delivery
As soon as your piece of jewellery has been finished, it will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK orders and DHL for all international orders. We will email you to let you know your package is on its way which will include all tracking details.
Packaging
Your jewellery will be presented in a lovely Jacqueline & Edward embossed box and as with all our rings, these will be presented in a hand-carved ring ring box made from sustainably foraged wood with locally and ethically sourced felted wool insert.
As part of our sustainable commitments, we package our products using recycled cardboard and paper. Your ring will be delivered in a waterproof outer packaging which is made from recycled compostable plastic.
Hallmarking
If required (based on the weight of precious metals used in your piece of jewellery) it will be hallmarked for authenticity (and as required by UK law) by the Edinburgh Assay Office.
Yes. We make every piece individually by hand and love to modify our existing collection or create something completely new. We love nothing more than bringing your ideas to life and creating pieces that will be loved and cherished for life.
We understand things can change so we have a no questions asked cancellation policy meaning you can cancel your order at any time for a full refund unless this relates to the booking of a gold panning experience. Take a look at our terms & conditions for further details.
No. We don’t have a showroom but everyone who visits us, without fail, says that what we have is better – a workshop, which you are very welcome to visit.
All our jewellery is made-to-order so whilst we don’t hold a lot of stock we have all the tools at our disposal to assist you through the decision making process from what metal to choose, to what style. We love seeing our Clients and we can show you how we make our engagement rings, wedding rings and other jewellery. We don’t take money in the workshop, so you can relax and just enjoy your time. You’ll learn about gold in the natural environment, our ethical approach to the materials we work with, and our traditional processes – it’s also a great opportunity to see genuine artisans creating our pieces in real time. No doubt you’ll see a few of our pieces both in creation and at completion and if you have any questions whatsoever, we really do love what we do and will be more than happy to chat to you.

What do you buy your wife to celebrate 50 years of blissful marriage when she says emphatically that she does not want anything and is actually passing on jewellery to our children? I searched around for something special and came across Jacqueline & Edward. I bought a small hand-made gold heart made with panned gold from Cornish rivers, specifically relevant because we bought our wedding rings in St Austel, Cornwall, all those years ago. And we have a fir tree dedicated to us in the Caledonian Forest! I mentioned all this in my speech at our celebration dinner – the tears flowed! But I could not have asked for anything more poignant and pleasing for my wife, who wears the heart all the time. And just to add, the product quality, delivery and hallmarking service are second-to-none.
