At Jacqueline & Edward, we believe that every love story deserves to be captured with authenticity, artistry, and a touch of nature. That’s why we’re so excited to introduce you to Miriam Abdulla, an incredibly talented wedding photographer whose work reflects the same values of craftsmanship, storytelling, and sustainability that we hold dear.
We first met Miriam a few years ago when she joined us for our gold panning experience in Scotland back in September 2022. She immediately connected with the beauty of Scotland’s landscapes and the ethical journey behind our jewellery—so it’s no surprise that she’s now looking to capture the love stories of couples in Scotland, particularly in Edinburgh, where she lived in 2014-15.
A Journalistic Approach – Miriam’s unobtrusive style means she captures the real moments of your day – the laughter, the stolen glances, the happy tears – without disrupting the flow of your celebrations.
Sustainability-Minded – As someone conscious of her carbon footprint, Miriam carefully considers travel and logistics, making her a great fit for eco-conscious couples who want their wedding to be as sustainable as possible.
A Wealth of Experience – Miriam has been photographing weddings since 2015 and formalised her business in 2022. With a background in music and street photography, her work has been featured in Songlines Magazine, the Royal Albert Hall, and East London Photography Festival.
More Than Just a Photographer – Miriam’s warm personality ensures that couples feel completely at ease in front of the camera. She blends into the background, allowing your most natural and intimate moments to unfold effortlessly.
