What to expect during your visit

We’re very informal here at Jacqueline & Edward and we’re flexible as to what you might want from your visit, particularly if there are specific things you’d like to see or discuss. If you can’t make it to the workshop, we offer virtual visits too over Google Meet.

We generally allow around an hour for each visit which gives us plenty of time to:

Show you around the workshop and meet our small but mighty team of makers.
Take your ring size using our unique ring sizing service.
Take a mould of your engagement ring if you're looking for a contoured wedding ring.
Discuss our unique hand making process, the ethical materials we use and why.
Show you a small selection of engagement and wedding rings we have available in the workshop.
Talk about our large collection of natural river gold which we include in all our gold rings.
Ask lots of questions you may have regarding the different precious metal options, the different ring profiles and widths and which would be best/ most comfortable for you.
And most importantly, we’ll discuss any ring designs and ideas you have (if you have a mood board or Pinterest board, you can share this with us) and the budget you’d like us to work to.
