You feel involved in the process from start to finish and Mark went above and beyond (sending sizing loops and prototypes) to ensure I was happy with the ring width and size. It was very important to me to know the ring was made ethically and sustainably and this is the place for that. If you're looking for ethical, beautifully-made jewellery then look no further.

I found Jacqueline & Edward in my search for an environmentally-friendly jewellery business and chose them also because of their ethos and being based in Yorkshire (where I'm from)! Mark has been great from my very first e-mail. I used examples from the website alongside pictures of my engagement ring to explain in a quite lengthy e-mail what I was looking for for a wedding ring! Mark sent a brilliant reply with lots of suggestions and ideas, including examples from the website that I hadn't seen. He was really helpful and I didn't feel pressured at all to purchase anything more expensive than I wanted to. Once we had discussed and decided on my ring and its design, I felt confident that Mark knew exactly what I wanted.
