What more could you possibly want? The whole process went very smoothly. Mark and Jaqueline patiently answered all our questions and are clearly very passionate about what they are doing. Their remote ring sizing service convinced my partner who was hesitant to buy our wedding bands online. It was great to receive mock ups of the rings before ordering them to get a feeling for how they will look like. My partner and I absolutely love our wedding bands and cannot wait to wear them for the rest of our lives.

We were a little nervous about buying wedding rings from a company we couldn't visit personally but the remote ring sizing service was so helpful and the end product is beautiful, incredible quality and clearly made with care and attention. My husband and I booked the panning experience for our trip to Scotland in September with the hopes of including some of the river gold we found into our wedding rings. Panning is something I’ve always wanted to try and it was an absolutely fantastic day. Mark was our guide, demonstrating the panning technique and then overseeing us as we gave it a go ourselves. He was incredibly knowledgeable and happy to share stories of his experiences of panning over the years. The hours flew by and we thoroughly enjoyed the full day out by the stream. We both found small flecks of gold which we handed over to Mark and he took away with him to include in our beautiful wedding rings. The rings were presented in a gorgeous handmade wooden box and included a planted tree with a dedication of our choice. We love our rings so much and want to thank Mark and the team for such a memorable and lovely experience.

We received our rings today, they are absolutely stunning! Not only are they stunning, we love that they are eco friendly, ethically made and sustainable panned. We very much look forward to wearing them. Every detail has been thought through, the handmade reclaimed wooden box is beautifully made. Mark was extremely responsive and nothing was too much trouble. We didn't see exactly what we were looking for on the website but Mark was able to accommodate our request with ease. We bought our wedding rings from Jacqueline & Edward earlier this year - and we originally chose them for their ethically sourced gold and the fact that we could have a matching pair of rings made from the same molten piece of metal making them a truly matching pair. But what we weren't expecting was the caring and dedicated service they offered. Right from initial contact through to receiving the rings, they were patient in answering all of our questions, and went above and beyond to get our rings just right. I cannot recommend Mark and Jaqueline enough. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish making a pair of wedding bands for us, and designed something so perfect and unique. I had the romantic idea of having a Welsh and Canadian Gold mix band and Mark made it possible! Mark was open to all our suggestions, happy to change the design when our ideas changed and gave us so much information about the process we felt really involved. So much had to change with our wedding because of COVID but these rings were the one thing that were constant throughout and have provided us with so much joy on the day, and forever.
