We decided to buy our engagement ring from Jacqueline & Edward because we really liked their ethical approach and the fact that we could add gold panned from rivers in the areas we grew up in. We visited the workshop and met Mark, who really knows his stuff, he talked us through the whole process and helped us design the perfect ring. A few weeks later, the ring arrived and it was perfect, Mark and Max nailed the brief and we couldn't be happier with it. We also loved its handmade wooden box. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend J&E, the whole process was great and felt more special than picking a ring from a high street shop. They handled the resizing with professionalism and efficiency, and even managed to get the final ring to us in less time than expected (despite it being a busy period). We met Mark and Ronnie at the workshop in Wetherby to discuss our wedding rings design. We are ever so grateful for the care, detail and love with which they created our rings from recycled gold from Snowden where my origins are. A lasting memory and a lovely story to add to the many memories to come as a family!

We ordered our wedding bands from J&E and they were amazing. They sent a mould in the post for my engagement ring to be moulded to, so that my wedding band could be made with a flush fit! My husband’s wedding band needed resizing, which they also carried out very swiftly. The rings are absolutely beautiful, and we love that they are both gold from Yorkshire rivers (where we met). Highly recommend! The quality is stunning.

I wanted to thank you guys again, a day after our wedding I sit here so incredibly happy. My ring arrived today and it is amazing. A couple of things to note: Customer service is exceptional and communication on the process leaves nothing to be desired. Craftsmanship was also amazing to include the handmade ring display box I received with my ring. All in all, it was a great experience and I’m through the roof with the results.
