I couldn't recommend Jacqueline & Edward more! The service was on point, very kind customer service and you really feel that this is a family business engaged with the environment. Service was rather quick and despite having my ring sized remotely by post, the whole process between starting the measurements and having my ring with me took only 2 weeks! The ring feels amazing on my finger, very smooth to touch and comfortable fit. It comes in a lovely wood ring box, which just adds up to the charm! Thank you very much guys!

Jacqueline &Edward were a pleasure to work with.Every stage of the process was very easy.The hardest thing was to pick a ring as the choice was extensive.My wife decided to get the ethically sourced 14ct gold hammered effect with English panned gold content.When it arrived we were surprised at the quality and depth of the ring,it was about 2-2.5 mm!! No easy to judge from pictures. I will be looking at more items and highly recommend them. My wife has not stopped smiling or looking at it since it’s been on her finger. Had the absolute best purchasing experience from Jacqueline & Edward when ordering my wedding ring; fast, professional, friendly, and accommodating. The whole team were so swift with responding to my emails, and answering any questions I had, at all times of the day no matter the day. The turn around process for their sizing guides was unmatched, with the whole process complete well within a week (accounting for postage and deliberation time on my end). And the actual ring dispatched in about a month from when the order was placed over the christmas period as well!! For someone who doesn't wear rings it made the whole thing super stress-free. Any issues I had or alterations I wanted, they were there to get it done - truly no task too small. And the sweetest cherry on top is the company's ethos and ethics.
