We had a great experience with Mark, he turned around our wedding rings within weeks, as we decided on rings quite late, and delivered in good time for the wedding day. We are really happy with the rings and that they are ethically sources/recycled platinum. Would recommend to anyone.

Highly recommend! We wanted something a bit different from your box standard wedding rings, and are incredibly lucky to have found Mark! The rings are classic while still being distinctive. The fact that the gold is ethically sourced and you can choose from where some of it comes made this particularly appealing to us, to say nothing of the expert craftsmanship. The whole process from the remote ring-sizing service to getting the rings was seamless, and, most importantly, the rings themselves are absolutely amazing! We couldn't be happier and look forward to wearing these for the rest of our lives!

What a wonderful find. Mark was excellent and his enthusiasm and passion for what he does is wonderful. The final rings we received were gorgeous and the little hawthorn boxes that they came in is just such a lovely rustic touch. What attracted us to Jacqueline and Edward was that real sense of provenance they offer in the gold they use and the very personal and attentive service. Also knowing that both rings came from the same batch of gold with a tiny addition of Welsh and Yorkshire gold, quite probably panned by Mark himself, adds to the romance and backstory of our rings. I would highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.

The ring is amazing! The gold is warm and the inlay catches the light in an exquisitely subtle way. Two weeks away from saying “I do” and it’s hard to put it back in it’s ingenious little wood box until the big day. Thank you so much for creating a beautiful ring to represent our love.

Wow! When we started looking for our dream wedding bands, it seemed like a pipe dream until we stumbled upon Jacqueline & Edward. From the very first inquiry, Mark was absolutely amazing helping us through the process, and patiently responded to all of our (many!) emails. We used one of their ring designs as a jumping off point, but with a few modifications. To make sure the rings were absolutelythe right fit, they sent us a box of plastic rings to make sure that we picked the right size which is an amazing idea as we could wear them around for day to make sure they were the perfect fit (turns out my engagement ring is a few sizes too big! That's what happens when you quickly try on an awkward ring sizer after a brisk walk on a hot day ...). Stellar service, affordable, ethically sourced and most importantly; just drop dead gorgeous final product. I was looking for an ethical wedding ring and found this company selling recycled platinum wedding rings. Mark was very responsive and helpful with my questions, and working within the tight deadline I'd imposed on him. I was sometimes getting replies to emails within minutes. I was very impressed with the service, even receiving the ring before my deadline! The ring itself (5mm court profile 'Lochy' ring) is excellent, you can really feel the quality of it. There's a nice weight to it without it being heavy. I can't wait to be able to start wearing it, and I say that as someone who doesn't wear any jewellery at all. Highly recommended!
